1. SMS Information Collection & Opt-In

We collect your mobile phone number only when you voluntarily initiate a request by texting a property code (e.g., "1111") to our business phone numbers. Following your initial text, we utilize a double opt-in process where you will receive a message asking you to confirm your request. By replying "Y" or "YES", you provide express written consent to receive automated property details and follow-up communications regarding real estate services from Grizoffi Business Solutions, Inc. (dba Realty by Design).

2. No Sharing of Information (Carrier Compliance)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease our lead lists to any outside companies, lenders, or third-party marketers.

3. Terms of Service

Message Frequency: You will receive one confirmation request and one response containing the requested property information per inquiry. Follow-up messages from a licensed agent may vary based on your interest.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
